I’m having trouble viewing your Web site. What’s wrong?
Although our site can be viewed in almost any modern Web browser, it is optimized for certain browsers and technologies. Click here to read our complete system recommendations. We recommend upgrading to the software and programs listed to experience our site at its best.  

I’m having trouble viewing your videos. What’s wrong?
Our video clips require the free Adobe Flash Player. We recommend having the latest version of Flash Player installed. Click here to download the latest version. Once you’ve installed the program, restart your browser and try again. It’s important to note our video files are rather large — usually around five megabytes. Due to the large size, we recommend using a computer with a broadband Internet connection (DSL, Cable or T1). Finally, during peak traffic times, our videos may take longer than normal to load. If you’re experiencing slow performance and you’ve upgraded your player and are using broadband Internet, please come back later and try again. 

I’m having trouble viewing the full-size versions of your photographs. What’s wrong?
First ensure you’re using one of our recommended browsers. Second, make sure JavaScript is enabled on your system. Finally, please note our image files are rather large in order to present you with optimal quality and detail, so it may take up to 30 seconds for an image to download, depending our your Internet connection. For best results, we recommend using a computer with broadband Internet access.  

I’m having trouble using your panoramic views. What’s wrong?
Our panoramic views require Apple's free QuickTime player. We recommend having the latest version of QuickTime installed. Click here to download the latest version. Once you’ve installed the program, restart your browser and try again.
